Benefactors

Camp Fatima of NJ cannot operate without the generosity of businesses, grantors, and individual families. We are grateful for every donation, no matter the amount, because it all goes directly to ensuring campers can attend programs free-of-charge throughout the year. Our benefactors support us in a variety of ways.

Fundraisers are a great tool to support our volunteers and campers throughout the year. Currently, our two largest fundraisers are the Fall Golf Classic and Bowling for Fatima. These events bring together members of the community, parents, campers, and volunteers, to secure large funds for programming. To learn more about hosting or attending a Camp Sponsored fundraiser, please contact fundraising@campfatimanj.org and check out our FAQs below.

Grants are secured through our volunteer network and fundraising committee, currently organized by volunteer Fred Brand. Camp Fatima NJ accepts general grants and directed donations. In the past we received grants from the following amazing organizations: The Susan Zirkl Foundation, the Provident Bank Foundation, JEHH Memorial Fund, Toyota NY PDC West Caldwell, Church and Dwight Employee Giving Fund, Stop and Shop Community Bank Program, The New York Football Giants Foundation, The Starbucks Foundation Neighborhood Grant, and The Kelly Family Foundation.

Private monetary donations and donations-in-kind capture the bulk of our fundraising efforts and Camp Fatima NJ is honored to use these donations to support camper programming.

I want to host an event that benefits Camp. How do I do that??

You can host a fundraiser or event that benefits camp! A benefitting fundraiser means the fundraiser is being organized and controlled by a volunteer or an outside organization. Our organization will not have any control over the event and do not absorb liability. We are absolutely thrilled to hear about these types of fundraisers. All marketing materials must include the camp logo and the phrase, “This event benefits Camp Fatima NJ. For more information, please visit: www.campfatimanj.org.” The marketing team is happy to consult on any fundraising efforts benefitting Camp Fatima in order to make your event a success! If you are planning an event, please reach out to marketing@campfatimanj.org and fundraising@campfatimanj.org, as soon as possible, for collateral materials or marketing suggestions. After your event, please send us photos and a write-up so we can post to all social media outlets and highlight your awesome efforts.
